I had been dealing with a leak in my finished basement for quite some time. I thought the leak was coming from outside based on several factors and had done several things to fix the problem, but nothing worked. In October 2020, Lloyd from Basement Waterproofing Specialists came out, examined the issue, and gave me his opinion of what was happening. These specialists showed up on time and finished early, even cleaning up after the work was completed. They installed a sump pump and ran a drain throughout the entire basement. We were very impressed with the professionalism of this company. No wonder they're the most accredited service in the area. We really appreciated the solid hole cover to keep the area safe for the kids.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this work! The crew, let by Damian, showed up on time and were outstanding. They kept the job as clean as possible ( yes, there is some dust, but this a construction project!) He explained the entire process before they began and answered any of my questions throughout the day. The crew worked so hard and the final product was amazing! During the first visit, the specialist Anthony was able to see what the problems were. He was on time, attentive and even gave his expertise. The staff came out to dig and make the French drains, put down the piping and install a new sump pump. Great job and very nice staff
