Could not have received better service from Mike! We inherited this waterproofing system from the previous homeowners, but had trouble with water in the basement so I asked them to send someone to take a look. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and stayed two hours to fix it, even though it was the result of the previous homeowners accidentally sabotaging the system while (presumably) working on some other problem. We had a great experience. Our Inspector was very knowledgeable and listed to our concerns. He was able to find the best way to address the water problem in our basement. The work started in a timely manner . The work crew and Forman were great. The forman went over everything with me before and after the work was completed. He answered all of my questions. We are very grateful to have a safe,dry basement and to have worked with a great company.

Do not believe their lifetime guarantee. The salesman sold us a dream and it is now a nightmare. The salesman guaranteed us that we would never get any water in our basement if we had their system installed and sold us on this fact. After paying $8000 for a French drain, window well drains, and a sump pump system, we still get water in our basement.
