If I could give them negative 5 stars I totally would. The guy would not take no for an answer. Original quote started at 18 grand for a French Drain. By the time we pushed him out he was at 13,500 and it was still ridiculous. Use AJ waterproofing, he did it for 5 grand and didn't have to destroy our finished basement either. ps, ignore the "owners" comment stating they were never at my property. They absolutely were and even tried to throw in a used sump pump at a discount.

Update: the reply is saying I wanted to be cheap and pay $3600 to have my basement only half flooded, not fully flooded. Who in their right mind would believe this? I offered $500 extra at the time.
