The representative who initially came out, Mark was so nice. They quickly understood our problem and were able to come up with a solution. We were told the work would take 2 days. We have 17 month old twins so the two days was a minimal time to disrupt them. They called us two days prior to let us know they could start a day earlier. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Disappointing messy work done by Basement Waterproofing. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but result was below grade. Cracks formed on concrete just 3 weeks after pouring/finishing work. I had a drain pipe and a backyard patio installed on Monday by Basement Waterproofing that does not meet the standards that they advertised. I found them on HomeAdvisor.
