We had our basement waterproofed and the job was well done and professional. After the job we had no water in a once soggy basement. While in the process of finishing our basement a new puddle formed 2 years later. Jeff solved our water issue at no charge and fixed our new problem so our basement can continue with our remodel. The sales guy was great. He gave a lot of explanation and provided answers to questions. The workers were OK as well. The work done was quick and done nicely. We had some issues after the work was complete but they were cooperative and worked with us through the issues and were communicative on progress and status. They really respected the customer and cared what you had to say and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the service. Overall, a good local company to use.

I recently had my a mold remediation for my basement, which included removing parts from a previous attempt to finish it. BWS came in, cleared out the debris, carefully carried out what was stored, and cleaned the entirety of our basement to the far corners of the crawlspaces! They were even able to repair a foundation crack all within one days work. Very happy with the results!

Basement waterproofing specialists could not have been more professional, timely, clean, and accommodating! 3 years ago we had our basement waterproofed, but there was one spot that they couldn't get to due to our hot water heater.
