Basement Waterproofing Specialists worked on my basement April 2015 and as of December 2015 with all the rain that we have been dealing with - it's still dry. Great,great work. The contractors who worked on the basement were very professional and they got the job done as quickly as possible even with the rainy season. We have had a few flooded basements in the past, in our new home we wanted to ensure we were setup correctly and invest in a proper drainage system in the basement. This company was the most knowledgeable, transparent, professional, and flexible to negotiate a price that would work for us. After several years of dealing with a re-cracked poured concrete basement wall, we decided to get the problem fixed once and for all. Our home's builder fixed the original crack due to settling under warranty a few years after we bought the house.
