We had a french drain and sump pump installed and were promised a dry basement and dry walls (they were retaining water). The crew was late and took an extra day to complete the job in which I had to miss work. Twice since the installation our basement has flooded worse than ever. They had someone come out quickly, and they offered to drill more weep holes and install a bigger sump pump.
