Update: the reply is saying I wanted to be cheap and pay $3600 to have my basement only half flooded, not fully flooded. Who in their right mind would believe this? I offered $500 extra at the time. Signed up at a fair. Called on Sunday and said they couldn't do Monday which I signed up for. Rescheduled for Tuesday same time. Got an email to confirm. Confirmed and got an email back with individuals name who would be showing up. Get a voicemail on Tuesday to confirm again. Call them back after work and girl who answered couldn't get the person on the phone who left voicemail. Confirmed again and gave location information. Inspector John came to my house, gave me a price, and immediately asked when I wanted to schedule the job. I told him I was only getting estimates at the moment and he told me he couldn’t later guarantee the “Eagles Superbowl” special price he gave me (*eye roll*), but I could book the work now and easily cancel if needed. Spoke with booth representative at Columbus Mart, assured job could be done with no problem, set app. with rep. at our home. Met with Ed Knox at our home on July 5th, who inspected basement, gave us price and we agreed to have the work done.
