Workers were courteous and appraiser seemed knowledgeable. They also had the best price. But they did a half assed job and then wanted to charge another 3000 dollars to fix something that should've been fixed the first time. I guess I'm just out of the 3000+ dollars I spent the first time. Thanks Basement Waterproofing Specialists!!! I never stated water was running down the walls. We were unsure were it was coming from. The pipe that was installed is completely dry, it catches no water.

I called basement waterproofing Specialists to check the cracks in the foundation. Jonathan arrived on time, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was stood up... Started with a visit to a home show in Voorhees, NJ, I made an appointment with the staff representing the company on the spot, which I then confirmed with a gentleman by the name of Steve over the phone, but apparently he did not do his job cause on 3/30/18 @ 10am I waited, 11am waited, 12pm waited and nothing. HORRIBLE! First, the foreman called when the workers were already supposed to have arrived and said that they were running late because something happened to their vehicle. They arrived two hours after the end of the scheduled arrival window. When they arrived, I asked the foreman why they were late and his story was completely contrary to the broke-down vehicle reason he had claimed previously.
