They by far beat everyone’s estimate on waterproofing our basement. With a Sump pump and a French drain! We’re amazing at explaining what was going to be done. They came and did the job just a few days later and got everything done within 2 days. Very clean and we were super happy. Got a free estimate and thought it was horrible. It was almost a two hour sales pitch clearly littered with scare tactics and jargon. The guy was extremely off putting and said many inappropriate things. Overall he pushed way too hard to sell and tried to make us sign the contract on the spot. Obviously I'm not going to commit to a 20k contract without thinking it over and comparing to my other estimates. Scheduled an appt to look at our basement that was bringing in water - first appt was scheduled for 4:30. We received a call around 4:00 stating that they were running behind and would be closer to 5 - ok, then 5:15 comes around and still no one. We had to leave for an appt and should have learned from this but based on all of the good reviews, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and called to cancel for that day and reschedule. 3 days later - appt time is 3:30. 4:00 rolls around and no call, ...
