Our salesperson was very helpful but not pushy. We did not want to sign that first meeting & felt no pressure to do so. The price was going to stay the same. We looked at 4 contractors & felt this system was the most complete. The company has been around a long time, so we expect that to continue. We can't wait for the rain to watch the system work!

We were very pleased by work completed by a crew from Basement Waterproofing Specialists. They arrived promptly and were very focused in their work. We were a little surprised that the work was completed in a day, but it seems that at least some of the crew skipped lunch to get the job done. The basement was not dusty after they were done and they cleaned up pretty well. Most importantly, there was a downpour the next day and the work held up nicely.
