We had our basement waterproofed and the job was well done and professional. After the job we had no water in a once soggy basement. While in the process of finishing our basement a new puddle formed 2 years later. Jeff solved our water issue at no charge and fixed our new problem so our basement can continue with our remodel. Called to have an estimate done to waterproof a basement on a property I was about to purchase. Guy comes out and tells me I need french drains installed. I submit the estimate to the seller. The seller of the property also has BWS come out for a second review and gives a second estimate that was $4,000 cheaper than my initial estimate.The second estimate said no french drains are required.
