Best Price / Best Experience! Our house had some major issues with water coming in during a certain section of our basement (whenever it rained heavily). Unfortunately, this was at least a few times a year. Before contacting Basement Waterproofing Specialists, we contacted several other contractors for estimates. I badly needed a basement waterproofing system, so I did my own research of what the job required, and how it would be done. I then contacted no fewer than 6 vendors for discussions and estimates. What I noticed was each vendors assessment varied somewhat - whether it be a full perimeter system vs. a 75% perimeter system, one sump pump vs. 2 sump pumps, etc. There was also a variation on what materials would be used by different vendors. Our salesperson was very helpful but not pushy. We did not want to sign that first meeting & felt no pressure to do so. The price was going to stay the same. We looked at 4 contractors & felt this system was the most complete. The company has been around a long time, so we expect that to continue. We can't wait for the rain to watch the system work!
