Everyone was very courteous and professional.
Good how you got me to put an X next to Bath Fitter. Getting on the installer if customer doesn't fill out this form. If customer doesn't want to fill it out so be it. Now I have to think twice abut your company. you need to stop beating on good employees for something they have no control over except hand this paper and ask one time not beg for a customer to answer this. Now I am mad and upset with Bath Fitter for upper management being ignorant to employees.
Only had two concerns. One, the price is a little steep. Two, the sales rep told me there would be plaster type mix under the tub to fill all gas and give support and stability to the tub bottom. Th einstaller had to explain why this was not their procedure and was not needed.
This is the second bath remodel we have had done. The installer was fantastic, very pleasant, ploite and cleaned everything perfectly. These men deserve a raise in salary.
