My installer was very good - extremely pleasant and I didn't even hardly see him. I was shocked at the minimal dirt and dust that escaped from the bathroom - practically nothing. The bathroom was also left spotless. Only problem, all of the restrictions - bar soap, hair dye, drain cleaner, etc. Never told about at sales talk. Got impression that the tub was invincible. Not so. Needed water temperature adjustment. Man came day I called, very impressive!
