the 9 my only complaint is that I felt some information I was given was not accurate. My bathroom looks terrific and I can't wait to try it out. Shawn Deane was excellent . He was on time, confident, friendly and obviously experienced and highly skilled. He worked hard the entire day and wa patient with my nosy curosity about the installation process. But I know he did a great job because I watched him do it.!
