Francisco was a jewel. Because radiant heat was present under the floor, wanted an install that didn't require removal of shower base. Both Reprecht and Crawford assured me that the base did not need to be removed. This was incorrect. However Francisco managed to remove the base without harming the radiant heat.

Shawn did an excellent job and the tub is beautiful. It matches the 30 year old bathroom so much I didn’t have to change anything else. I liked that he did not have to work below the area because I was unable to move an item that is stored under the area.
