A bit rocky to start off because of the condition of the shower and not realizing how bad of a situation I had prior to signing paperwork for a 6-8 week installtion. Eventually that was all sorted out and I got everything installed in less than 4 weeks. Thank you! Now my wife & I can have some peace of mind in knowing the shower isn’t going to cause any other damage.

Mrs. filled out card with check marks; Mr. included letter: My wife completed the customer satisfaction survey but I would like to include my own thoughts. I was very disappointed with the sales process. We both met the salesman on evening and reviewd the process. He told us many times that it would take two to two and a half days to complete and they would send two or three men to complete the job. The only problem we encountered is after they made one phone call on may 13th about installation. They never Called back and they had our home # as well as our cell phone. They said my voice mail was full on my cell. I had to call them on June 20th and it was setup for July 17 we signed on April 26th
