Mike Murphy was our sales rep. I found out from one of your installers that Mike wrote up the wrong paperwork for both bathrooms this delayed the installer to do his work, new contracts (2) had to be revised to receive the correct warranty. I feel Mike Murphy just wanted to make a sale he needs to listen to customers.
