It was worth the wait. We started out in October, the phone people where very nice. Our sales rep and pre-installation review guy was very polite and nice. They explained everything. After that we waited for them to make it. We love it. The installer was very nice and did a great job and cleaned up. You couldn't even tell he had done all that.
