Everything went great. Only issue was the pre-inspection / measurements. It took 3 scheduled visits due to not having the correct bath tub model in the truck. Having to be at home for these 3x visits is difficult to schedule and inconvenient. However, everything else about the process was great.
The overall experience was perfect, each individual sales rep, detail tech, and installer did a great wonderful job. We would love to have him complete our other bathroom.

Really pleased with the installer who finished the job in 1 day. I so appreciated this so I didn't have to take another day off work. I would like to have hooks for an option. Shower doors have narrow opening- should address. Received cleaning instructions but no warranty-in computer.
