The initial appt was frustrating, the person who made the appt did NOT stress that BOTH my husband and I needed to be home - this, I feel, is sexist! I can make decisions for my family and household without my husband being present. My husband and I discussed before the appt. As a result, your sales rep had to return. This happened to my neighbor as well, and I do not think they are using your company as a result of this policy.
