5 - I expected the wall product to be a bit more 3D like real slate. 1 & 8 - The product is very good, Installer superb. Price absolutely far above what material and single labor should have been. And i attributed to your salesperson. We almost cancelled prior to the 3 day time frame. We have a large house and sales people usually double their price but can be reasoned with. Not yours. Disappointing. Mark did a superb job and made our bathroom wonderful.
