1b - Due to a misquote of work installer was able to do. Everything was great from start to finish. Only negative was discrepancy in pre-install tech agreeing to part of unit that installer said was not possible. This change did not detract from the outcome of the unit's install but was a surprise on installation day. Otherwise, great experience with the company.
