The finished product looks great so far we've had no issues. However, I felt the sales rep told us everything we wanted to hear, wether it was true or not. We asked if Saturday installations were possible and he said yes. When we called to schedule our installation it was a problem having our tub installed on a Saturday.

1- the salesmen was pretty hard sell. He had to come to measure twice. 2- the appointments were on your schedule, not ours (no weekends and evenings) 3 - the detail tech had to come out twice also because of his measure of tub. 4 - Kudos to him for working by himself. 5 - It isnt perfect.6-7 - Kudos. 8- Considering your advertising of 1 day. it is misleading. We started this process in December 2017 and ended in March 2018.

The people who pursued me as a customer were too aggressive and rude. Michael who visited me to review my request & set up contract didn’t take the time to explain things well, it was like he wasn't interested in being here. Required a 2nd trip to amend contract. After setting up contract, now is when you can call more often to let me know the status. The person who came to measure was obnoxious, was here maybe 10 mins, said he brought the wrong insert, said my appoint had to be reset & left. I ... Read more
