Overall, we are pleased with our new wall unit. However, we were not pleased with the highly scripted initial phone contact. Also, while we felt that our initial sales representative was very nice, the drama leading up to the unveiling of the price quote left us feeling uncomfortable and annoyed. Our second sales representative reinforced these feelings, creating a level of pressure that we were promised prior to this would not occur.
The installer was very good. When I showed my friends the new shower and they ask me how much I paid, they could not believe I paid that much. Could've had a nicer shower curtain for what I paid!
