This is th second unit which I have installed. This should say it all.
Installer was very knowledgeable and very professional. All representitives were very helpful
good experience with installer. however I was very dissatisfied with the ceiling of my shower. I thought that was going to be replaced also and it was not. it detracts from the overall appearance of the shower. I didn't notice this until the next day
The salesperson did not give completely accurate information regarding actual prep work. how much material would be removed and what would replace it. I trust that the installer did just what was expected.
