Overall, I am pleased with the installation and extreme professionalism and quality of work by my installer. I do feel that I overpaid for this shower to be installed. The cost was extremely high and I feel I could have had more things done to my bathroom for the price I paid. This is the only reason I will not be recommending Bath Fitter to my friends.
