Overall it was great. both installer & sales rep were very nice & informative. We changed our payment type from monthly payments to pd in full just prior with no problem. the bath looks beautiful! Only thing I would have liked to know a head of time is that we can't use it for 24hrs after. Luke was a very nice guy and hard worker.
