My wife and I have given Dianne 5 stars but she really deserves 10 stars. She went above and beyond as she drove 60 miles one way at 6 pm to present Bath Fitters products and then back 60 miles home. She was not in a hurry, is an expert in her products, answered all of our questions and has an unbelievable personality. Bathfitter replaced our jetted tub and surround with a beautiful walk-in shower. We couldn't be more pleased! The installation took two days, and Jacob (our installer) was a blessing to work with. He was polite, neat and meticulous. The only thing he left behind was his footsteps!!! Can't give him or Bathfitter enough praise!!!

I recently replace 2 tubs with walk in showers. Bath Fitter explain my options and challenges well given one was not a standard size. David was very diligent and attentive to my needs and consulted with me at times where placement was made and any questions on preferences for grab bars and objects installed.
