They have made 2 appointments with us and called to cancel BOTH of them on the day of within an hour or two before they were supposed to arrive. That is no way to treat people.

I was trying to get real tile and marble installed at our home in the mountains of South West Virginia but couldn't get anyone out here. I was tentative to try BathFitters at first but we have them a try in our master bath . They knocked it out of the park and a year later I called them to do the guest bath. Again - home run.
