The whole experience was easy and pleasant. Jon and Chris were personable and friendly. They answered any questions I had. They took great pains to protect my home during the installation of my shower. They used runners to protect the flooring and carpet and covers to protect the vanity and toilet. Everything was completed very quickly. Half a day actually. I highly recommend Bath Fitters for any shower upgrade.
