At our request Bath Fitter came out to inspect a tub/shower that had been installed around 20 years ago. They determined that rather than repairing the bathtub, a complete replacement was needed. While installing the replacement, Stan noticed the tub was draining slowly. He took it upon himself to replace the old cast iron p-trap with a new PVC p-trap. The installers did a great job letting me know each step of the demo and install process. The new shower wall piece was not cut to the correct height and the team immediately got on the phone and found one in their Columbia location and drove to meet someone to get it.
