Our Bath Fitter sales and installation could not have gone any better. Clay from sales was excellent in explaining exactly what would be done, the cost involved and was very friendly and personable. Did not feel overly pressured and everything he said would happen did. They quickly set up an appointment for our one to two day installation. Our installer Chris came out on that day at 8:30 in the morning and left I think around 6 PM and he worked nonstop to give us a beautiful shower. Installatio... Read more

Someone called that afternoon to set up a time for an employee to come and take measurements and give us a quote. The in-home visit, with Stephen, took place on February 24th.
