The cost was more reasonable than prices charged by other companies. The shower looks nice and is practical with its showerhead/wand, folding seat and perfectly placed safety rails. We are very pleased with the workers. They listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions and alternatives when needed. They worked consistently taking very few breaks. They have returned each time we needed something changed or added.
We are also pleased with the product. It works beautifully. We changed to a walk in shower to make things safer for us as we are aging. I'm so happy with everything BATH Fitters did for us.
