I wish I could give a higher rating but this rate is simply based off of customer service. They had a sick employee and had to cancel the 1st scheduled day.(ok, things happen) Rescheduled us and then canceled AGAIN. This time a family emergency. Both of these days were days taken off work because someone had to be at the house.
