We wanted to replace our bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower and since Bath Fitter had been recommended by our daughter, I called. I was greeted professionally by Brandy who transferred me to Kathy who gave me another professional greeting. She made arrangements for Steve to come to our house to help us decide what we wanted. The installer at this Bath Fitter was awesome, I believe Chris was his name. He gets 5 stars. During the sales process we asked the the sales guy (Brian Blum) about putting a shower head with a filter on and he said that they don't have any filters but would be able to put one on. He specifically said that they would have to do it in order for us to keep the lifetime warranty. Our unit was installed last week (very well done) and this week I'm calling to find out how to get the filter instal... Read more
