I made the mistake by mentioning that I was closing on my home soon, and every since then every single communication with them has been frustrating. I continue to get questioned about if I’m sure my house has closed, will this appointment interfere with work, any other homeowners, blah blah, blah. It’s insulting to continue to get questioned like I’m a liar. The actual work may be awesome, but I will pass on this location, customer service is lacking.

Had contract to have my job done by October 1st but was not completed. As promised. They advertise that they can complete a job in one day, don't fall for that. The workers are very good at there job. But far as management that's a different story. There jobs are very pricey for the service you get. An don't try to contact the owner for customer service. I wouldn't refer any of my friends to use if time was valuable. An mine was being my wife is under going Cancer treatments

I recently signed a contract to have a new bathtub installed. Adam from the Memphis location cane today to double check measurements. He accidentally bumped my towel holder which was not Properly connected to the wall. He fixed it for me and that was not part of his job description. I really appreciate the above and beyond customer service thus far! Cant wait for my new bathtub!
