We had a meeting with Sales Consultant Tom. He was on time and very professional. We agreed on the pricing for a shower replacement. The work was performed on October 5th and 6th. Thoroughly satisfied with everything. The sales guy Jeff Ford was professional & not pushy and explained everything well, the measurer Randy was kind and courteous. The installer Chris did a great job and he showed he cared when he asked how he needed to finish with the trim etc. so the flooring contractor coming next week would be successful also.
