Jeff was the sales guy. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. No high pressure sale at all, unlike one of the companies we had come in for a quote. We had a new shower installed, expanding the size of the shower by removing part on a wall. The technician (Kenneth) was polite, on-time, well-dressed, tidy and considerate. Bath Fitter came out and replaced a full shower/tub combo for us. The initial team was Perry and Danny, the plumbers. They removed the old fixtures and updated the plumbing to work with the fixtures to be installed. Then Geno came in as our installer. Everyone was very professional and took the extra time to ensure they cleaned up after themselves, made sure we were happy and Geno even went the extra mile to bring our packages in from the front porch as they arrived while he was working. We love our new shower and tub ! The people at bath fitter of Duncan SC were amazing!! Jeff the salesman was very nice and informative. Jeremy the installer was awesome!! His work was professional and excellent!! He arrived on time when he said he would . He worked very hard and efficiently!! We have used this company twice to do two of our bathrooms and they are a great company from sales to installers. They do a awesome bathroom redo and do it in a timely matter and quality workmanship. This company also stands behind their work and will fix it to your satisfaction from now on. I highly recommend them and they have a friendly helpful staff as well. The commercials are true you can get a new bath in just a day!
