We just had our tub replace with a stand up shower. Our experience with Bath Fitters was excellent from the person who gave us a quote to the person who confirmed the measurements to the person who removed the old tub and replaced with a new shower. I highly recommend them if you are planning to remodel your tub.

Bath Fitter was timely and worked quickly. The shower is great plus they were accommodating about a few special requests. It did take them a while to schedule the construction, but they were behind and informed us as such. It is expensive, but we knew that going in and have no complaints.
