We love our walk-in shower. But we have issues with what we we're told upfront by Conan. We were told our shower head and hose would be stainless steel and the hose would be six foot long. They are neither. We were charged over $300 for a shower head we could have purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot for a little over $100. I would advise not to buy their extras. You can go to Lowe's or Home Depot and purchase them for less money. The workmanship is a 10 stars. But because of the sales pitch issues... Read more
