Everything went smoothly. From the salesperson coming to show the product and discuss cost to setting up the date work was to be completed to the day they came and installed the shower. Communication was excellent, all employees were professional and answered any questions I had. The installers worked hard all day, very polite, and cleaned up when completed. The shower is beautiful and just what my husband and I need to safely take a shower. Would highly recommend Bathfitters.

We had two bathrooms updated. Bathtubs and fixtures were replaced with walk-in showers. Each bathroom had its own installer arriving in their trucks with all necessary materials. They arrived between 8:30-8:45 and got to work removing the tub inserts, fixtures, and old water lines. Water was only shut off for a couple of hours, minimizing inconvenience.
