Communication was terrible. Times were set for someone to show up to inspect before work started, they were a no show and then was told the next day that the appointment was for a different day and time which I never confirmed. The day the work started after my old tub was removed was called and told the work we agreed upon couldn’t be done because of a vent pipe in the wall.
