The tub area includes an Extra-Deep Empress tub in White with an Oil Rubbed Bronze drain, installed as part of a tub-to-tub conversion. The enclosure is finished with Torino Flat acrylic walls in Marble and Flat molding, paired with a Brantford Oil Rubbed Bronze PosiTemp trim kit. A 20" Allegra shelf provides added storage within the upgraded surround.
The shower renovation includes a White Flat Shower base with a Honeycomb floor pattern and Flat Floor Fabrications for improved footing. The walls are completed with Torino Flat acrylic panels in Marble, combined with 7 sq. ft. of wall extension, a return wall, and full wall prep and cleaning. Additional enhancements include: a built 18" × 15" seat, demolition of two existing walls, threshold modifications, and cement pour for a leveled base.
