I would have given 5 stars but their lack of response and not answering the phone and not returning calls after messages were left was a concern to me. When they did answer they were pleasant and answered my questions. With a little fine tuning their office could bump up to 5 stars. The sale was accomplished professionally but we gave 4 stars because communication after the sale was sorely lacking. They do not like returning phone calls or voice messages. However if you do contract with this company be sure that Oz is the person assigned to do your installation.
