Chuck came in this morning right on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I have a problem with the fan in my ceiling so he suggested he not put the ceiling in at this time and could call them back later to add it if I want (after the fan is fixed). The cost of the job was reduced for the ceiling and the professionalism is appreciated. Everything is cleaned up well. We called Bathfitter and scheduled an estimate for a tub to shower conversion for our existing 35 year-old bathroom. We were very happy with the price estimate that was provided and contracted with the company to do the work. Bathfitter was even able to reschedule us to an earlier appointment time and last Thursday (July 30th) the work was completed. Our installer was JOE A.
