Billy gave a very pleasant and complete introduction to options for a walk-in shower. A date for installation was set up, and when I had to postpone, there was no problem changing it.
Todd and Justin arrived and, after going over the plans with me, got right to work on removing the tub and preparing the walls for the new shower.
After everything was done and cleaned up, Todd went over the use of the various shower
heads.
