Wow what a change. Coming from a shower that had plaster walls and no tile at all! Had a slight issue with the shower faucet and it was fixed very quickly. Joe A. did the install, was polite, friendly, clean, and professional. Sales Rep Chris was very responsive and a pleasure as well. Was about 50% cheaper than quote from Kohler.

Chuck was absolutely amazing! He came in first thing at 8 o’clock this morning and just left about 1 o’clock or so. He did an amazing job and went above and beyond our expectations! We highly recommend asking for Chuck when it comes to installing your Bathfitters shower!
