The service from the sales side Billy was great. Customer service that called to follow up was top notch. Then comes Chuck to install was the icing on the cake - outstanding service by all. Chuck was very polite/professional and explained the entire process, checked the order with me and performed the install on time.

Sales Consultant, Williams V. was excellent! He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.
Installer, Brenden was also wonderful. He double checking everything with me, choices, placement, etc. He worked hard and a beautiful job. Love that they laid down plastic and mats to protect the carpets. He even went above and beyond and tore out a small strip of linoleum flooring by the tub for me, making it easier when remove it when I replace it with tile.

Joe L did a wonderful job. Had the old tub removed and new shower installed in about 6 hours. Asked where we wanted the grab bars placed. Everything was cleaned up and he went over everything before leaving. Thank you.
