I cannot say enough great things about our ENTIRE experience!!!! An overlay tub was not right for us and so they took our bath and shower area down to the studs and rebuilt it all including the ceiling! When I initially made the call, the person who answered was very friendly, polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. This is our 2nd time using Bath Fitter at our house. Very happy with the new tub and the experience. Lisa and the office staff was responsive and helpful. Billy was great helping us identify the best options for our remodel and Joe A did a fantastic job with the installation. He was professional, personable, and courteous. There is a saying that if it appears to be too good to be true, it usually is. Bath Fitter Buffalo, NY is the exception to that saying. We made an appointment with Chris to determine if a larger new shower would fit into our small shower space.
