First and foremost, Bath Fitters is a responsive, customer-oriented company. I had a shower and a shower/tub combo redone by them. The good: - The wall surrounds are great. They look nice, they are well fitted and caulked. I had a jacuzzi tub that I was replacing with a regular tub. They offered an "extra deep" model that fit well, but a wall needed to be put up to enclose it.
