There is a saying that if it appears to be too good to be true, it usually is. Bath Fitter Buffalo, NY is the exception to that saying. We bought a house that had a bath fitter in it. We had an issue with the silicone caulking cracking and water getting under the liner so the floor of the bathtub was getting squishy. With the lifetime warranty that is transferable, we were able to have someone out 2 days after I called. They assessed the problem, drained the water and resealed the silicone.
