On September 18, Bath Fitter removed our tub and installed a new walk-in shower. The technician, Joe A., arrived promptly in the morning. He explained the process of installation (what would be removed and what would be replaced). He also reviewed where the new hardware would be located. When we asked questions, Joe A. answered them directly and using the highest degree of professionalism.
